This yarn is 100% hemp in its natural form. It has not been dyed, bleached or waxed. It has been grown and wet spun in Europe under EU regulations and only water is used in the production process.

The weight is great for crocheting things that need a bit of structure like bags, hats, baskets, bowls etc
