Pattern Purchases

When you buy one of my patterns, you'll receive an email with a unique download link for the file. For security reasons, once you've clicked the link to download, you will have 24 hours before the link expires. If you haven’t had the chance to download within that time frame, please get in touch and I will resend the email. Be sure to reply to me via your order confirmation email.

eGift Cards

byGoldenberry eGift Cards are sent out via email straight after you purchase. They will either be sent straight to you or your chosen recipient and will include a code for you/them to use when you/they make a purchase. You will not receive a card in the post. This is to save more plastic cards from being created used only once.

Refunds and Cancellations

I do not accept refunds and cancellations of crochet patterns or Gift Cards unless under specific circumstances.
